Defenders LIVE is a weekly livestream every Wednesday at 7pm Mountain Time.

Our passion is to grow people as defenders, not only in the defense of life, but also in their everyday lives for their families and communities. On this channel you will not only find ways to improve on the range, but you will also learn how to be better in your everyday life. We cover everything from mental toughness to techniques on the range and everything in between.

Defenders LIVE is affiliated with Defenders USA, a defensive training company founded by Adam Winch and hosted by Lora Thorson, a Defenders USA instructor.
